Dinner at Edohanna Hibachi & Sushi in Flower Mound was excellent. Brandi and I shared a shrimp sushi roll tempura-style (cooked). Brandi actually encouraged me to try sushi during our seminary days. I didn't think I would enjoy eating raw fish but I love raw oysters so it wasn't a big jump.
I come from a people who would rather catch a bass with what they put in sushi than eat it. But here's the thing: once you dress it up with all the condiments, it actually taste pretty good. The same can be said for raw oysters and hog-head cheese. Slap some Tabasco or Wasabi on it and...mmmm tasty.
Eli ate Teriyaki Chicken but enjoyed the chop sticks the most.
